Problem

The CicLAvia event partners faced various challenges, including booth visibility, engaging interactions, and effectively showcasing their organization. Attendees also perceived some booths as unapproachable or uninteresting, which impacted overall engagement.

Insight

We identified that establishing a positive initial impression, possessing conversation starters, and incorporating interactive elements are crucial to driving better engagement during events.

Solution

We created a Hub Partners Guide that simplifies the planning and implementation stages. Plus, we've added three tools: booth design infographics, a user-friendly website, and an AI chatbot for real-time assistance.

Project Overview

A comprehensive guide for partners of Los Angeles non-profit CicLAvia, an organization that produces car-free street events. The guide helped to elevate the partner experience and increase event engagement.
