Users value the customer service & community that is associated with small businesses. However, many Android users across the globe struggle with low-bandwidth, which hinders online discoverability for small businesses.

Locally combines social media and location-based services to introduce users to local businesses / services curated specifically for them. The app enables the user to discover new merchants and services around them while minimizing bandwidth utilization.

LA locals view Grand park as an event venue instead of an outdoor central gathering space. Locals are searching for unique LA experiences but only visit the park if there’s a specific event happening.

Locals visit parks to escape the city and are looking for interesting experiences but don’t often have the time or energy to find them.

Our solution is to challenge park visitors to play! Inspired by the many diverse cultures that make up Los Angeles, these games and activities encourage visitors to utilize the park, share, and explore each other’s cultures.
