Problem

The surge in TCG popularity has turned drop days into chaotic, unfair experiences dominated by scalpers and bots. Loyal fans who actively support the hobby often feel overlooked, unable to compete, and disconnected from GameStop during limited product launches.

Insight

TCG fans already express loyalty by sharing pulls, trades, and stories online and in-store. When engagement feels recognized and rewarded, fans perceive experiences as fairer and more meaningful—building trust, excitement, and long-term loyalty instead of frustration.

Solution

Buck’s Heist introduces a secondary, draw-based system where fans earn access by participating in the TCG community. Using UGC and localized store-based draw pools, the program filters scalpers, restores fairness, and drives both digital engagement and in-store traffic for GameStop.
