The Design Challenge asked IxD students to examine this design challenge through three distinct phases:
In this phase, students employed a variety of primary and secondary research methods and tactics including interviews of participants and domain experts as well as competitor analysis and heuristic evaluations of the Red Bull brand and app.
Based on an insight or question raised during the initial research phase, students create prototypes to test and retest with users.
In this final phase, students learn to summarize and tell compelling stories of their work to-date as a way to engage Red Bull stakeholders.
