Project Description
An app designed to address and help food insecurity, for an Adobe Creative Jam.

Problem
We created this concept for an Adobe Creative Jam. We were instructed to build a minimum 15-page mobile app over the course of two weeks using adobe XD, and adobe suite. With the goal of addressing food insecurities. One helpful question we kept in mind was “What tools and resources would our users want but don’t currently have access to?
Insights
Since this was a 2-week design sprint for us gathering insight from our interviews was most valuable. Being able to interview possible users allowed is to create an app tailored to those who would be using it the most. With the 2-week design sprint deadline, we had to delegate our time more efficiently by ideating faster, testing more frequently, and also reaching out to the mentors we were provided within the sprint gave us the chance to ideate and iterate faster than we normally would.
Solutions
While creating the application keeping the user at the center of our concept and how they would be using our app allowed us to always be cautious about the design decisions we made. Curating a healthy environment for a consumer to access a universal basic necessity and providing nutritious advice and recommendations was the goal for us when creating our mock-up.
